"Vegan Jambalaya - I had it for my lunch, and enjoyed it. Although I don't really know what a traditional jambalaya consists of, I liked the subtle combination of flavours here, with the celery and butterbeans. I was in a hurry so defrosted and microwaved it - probably it would do the dish more justice to oven-cook. Anyway, I'd certainly buy it again, and can recommend"

Debbie cooks delicious meals and takes great care to customise her meals to the needs and tastes of my family. The meals come in trays that are wonderfully easy to warm up in the oven. Debbie uses only the best ingredients and the selection of prepared meals that she brings to us is always interesting and varied.
